Neighborhood revitalization block by block.
One method we use is called “Block by Block”, in which we provide systematic assessment and treatment of physical and social problems on a very targeted basis. Our commitment to building community block by block is demonstrated in our infill housing developments on Lemon Street, a troubled area with loitering and drug dealing problems that we have engaged directly by building four houses and six multifamily units in the center of the most difficult area of South Vallejo.
