| · Setting up an action plan for the family | |
| · Prepare a time line to homeownership | |
| The one-on-one sessions take what was taught in class and tailors it to the needs of the individual family unit. This not only re-enforces the lessons learned, but sets the family on the path of responsible handling of credit and budgeting. This then creates a default resistant future homeowner. | |
